Welcome to the new In The Spotlight Competition.

Our first event will be July 18th and 19th 2020.

Each year we hope to bring you a new and exciting theme for you to perform to.

Pole Dancing, the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

The 2020 theme is Lights, Camera, Action! This means that you must choreograph a routine to a song or theme from a movie. For instance ‘Better when I’m Dancing’ from The Peanuts movie, or ‘A whole new world’ from Aladdin, or ‘Chains’ from The Man With the Iron Fists. You get the drift.

We will ask that you prepare two routines, one for the video entry and one for the final. This is because we intend to let the judges decided the first 3 places for each category’s final, with the next 5 closest scored going to a video vote, with the top 2 of those going to the final.

We intend to open for video Entries during September 2019 and close on the 1st January 2020.

This will be a cash prize competition. Initially we are estimating the prizes to be £250, £100, and £50 for each category for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places respectively. However, the more entries we get, the bigger the prizes will be! There are already sponsors lined up to add to the prize booty along with the cash, too!

The judge line up for the event is spectacular, and they will be offering workshops on the 19th July, there will be limited spaces available for each workshop, so keep your eyes peeled for the workshop release and get booking.

Only 100 tickets available. 80 will be available at £20 each, with 20 Premium tickets at £30 each. First refusal will be given to competitors.

Single entries will be £40 per person with the Doubles entries costing £65.

July 19th will feature two 1hr 30 minute workshops from each judge. Featured Judges are Sam King, Lauren Elise King, and Sarah Blackmilk.
